Rhwng dau Olau/ Between two lights

A collaborative performance film by Martha Orbach and Rowan O’Neill.

Filmed and edited by Jacob Whittaker, the recording documents a gathering of singers, with Teifi Valley Improvisation, at dusk in Pengelli as they orientate themselves in sound amidst the forest.

Score for an improvised vocal performance.

Consider being a bat -
if you can, listen to their call.

Listen to the forest at dusk
Listen to each other
Orientate yourself in sound.

Gwrandewch ar y goedwig
Gwrandewch ar eich gilydd
Yn y cyfnos, cyfeiriwch eich hun trwy sain.
